Apart from offering quality dehydrated food, we also take care of food quality while it is in the field. We have a proper team that checks the cultivation process with farmers so that the final product is of high and top-notch quality.

Top and tailing
When raw material reaches the plant, our team of workers peels and washes the product in medicated water. The main motive of doing this is to remove various impurities and to keep it hygienic.

Cutting and slicing
When the vegetables are washed, they are ready for cutting and slicing. While doing this process, hygiene is given priority, and through the conveyor belt, it reaches to the next step.

Drying
In this, the vegetables go through various channels of drying so that they are dehydrated in the best form. While drying, the original taste of the product is taken due care.

Air cooling
When the drying is over, they are kept in an air conditioner for cooling so that they can get various forms like chopped, granulated, etc.

Color sorting
The final products are put into color sorting machines so that all impurities can be removed easily, and the quality is maintained as well.

Metal detection
The main motive of doing this process is to make a pure final product with the help of metal detectors.

Packaging
The last and foremost step is packing and weighing the product. Every small component is taken care of in this step as well, so that the original flavor is not lost.
